Hours are completed weekly and vary based on the  tasks you need completing. Your tasks are tracked and a report is provided to you at the end of the month which details exactly how your time has been spent along with our invoice. When you are approaching the end of your allocated hours we’ll let you know helping you to re-prioritise your remaining tasks.

As part of your onboarding we discuss what you want me to have access to and then provide us with the necessary information. All your information will be securely stored in your own profile with us in line with GDPR and our ICO registration requirements.

Once you have decided to work with us we’ll send over a full contract which includes our terms and conditions as part of your onboarding. When you have signed and returned this to us then we can start working together.  We’re registered with the ICO and also hold professional indemnity insurance.

While you’re on holiday, we’ll maintain our regular hours, but the specific tasks we undertake may need to adapt to accommodate your business requirements during your absence.

Similarly, when we take leave, we’ll arrange to fulfil the necessary hours either before or after our time off to make sure that all tasks are completed, minimizing any additional workload for you during that period.

The payment structure varies depending on the package you choose.

Ad hoc work and projects- A deposit is typically required at the start of our agreement, with the remaining amount invoiced at the end of each month.

Retainers– Payment is required on the 1st of every month. The retainer arrangement secures availability and guarantees the allocated hours you require.
